If you're expecting meeting invitations but not receiving them, there are a few common causes.
Check the basics
Is your profile complete? Reps with incomplete profiles get fewer or no invitations. Go to My Account and finish everything.
Are your specialties correct? You'll only be matched to practices whose specialty overlaps with yours.
Is your territory set? You'll only be matched to practices in states you cover.
Are you on a Free plan? Free is limited to 1 invitation per rolling 12 months — you may have already reached the cap.
Is your network too small? If few practices in your specialty and territory are on Med Sales Hub, there are fewer meetings to match to.
Check your email settings
Make sure emails from [email protected] aren't going to spam. Also check your notification settings in the app.
