Only authorized Med Sales Hub team members can access production data, and access is logged. We follow the principle of least privilege — team members only have access to what they need to do their jobs.
Infrastructure
Med Sales Hub runs on modern, security-audited cloud infrastructure with regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data to third parties
We don't share your information beyond what's necessary to run the platform
We don't allow reps to see any patient data (we don't collect it)
