You can permanently delete your account anytime.
Before you delete
Cancel any active paid subscription first (see article 38)
Download any data you want to keep
Note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
How to delete
Go to My Account
Click the Account tab
Scroll to Delete account
Confirm by typing your email
Click Delete permanently
What happens after deletion
Your profile is removed from Med Sales Hub
Your meetings history is anonymized
Practices or reps you were connected to no longer see you
You cannot recover the account after deletion
