Setting your availability for rep meetings

You control when reps can meet with your practice. Set availability once and our AI will only match reps to slots you've opened.

1. Click Create Meeting in your dashboard sidebar

2. Select Availability

3. Choose the days and times you're open to hosting rep meetings

4. Set the meeting type for each slot (lunch, breakfast, in-office visit)

5. Save

Most practices set recurring weekly availability (e.g., "we host lunch meetings Tuesday-Thursday from 12:00-1:00 PM"). You can set recurring rules and then override specific dates if needed — for example, blocking a week you'll be closed for the holidays.

If your schedule varies week to week, you can add availability manually for specific dates. Only slots you've explicitly opened are available for matching.

You choose how many meetings you want to host. Some practices host multiple per day, others host one per week. Med Sales Hub only sends invitations for slots you've opened — you're always in control.
