Managing your rep network

How your network of practices is generated and how to clean it up if it includes practices outside your actual coverage area.

Your Network page shows the practices you can be matched with — those whose state is in your territory and whose specialty overlaps with yours.

How your network is built

A practice appears in your network when both of these are true:

  1. The practice's state is in your territory

  2. The practice's specialty overlaps with your specialty

Why you might see practices you don't cover

State-level matching is broad. If you cover North Texas but not South Texas, you'll still see practices from the whole state of Texas. That's expected.

Cleaning up your network

Remove practices you don't actually call on to prevent unwanted meeting invitations:

  1. Go to Network in your sidebar

  2. Find practices you don't cover

  3. Click Edit Network and remove them

Once removed, you won't be matched to their meetings anymore.
