You're not stuck with the rep Med Sales Hub matched to your meeting. If you want a different rep, you can swap them out anytime.
How to choose a different rep
Go to your Calendar page
Click on the meeting you want to change
In the meeting drawer, click Choose a different rep
Browse reps in your network (you can filter or search)
Select the rep you want
Confirm the change
What happens after
If the current rep hasn't responded yet, their invitation is canceled. If they had already accepted, they receive a notification that the meeting has been reassigned. The new rep receives a fresh invitation and has 48-72 hours to accept.
If the new rep declines, the meeting goes back into matching to find another rep.
