Managing your territory

How to set the US states you cover and why keeping your territory accurate matters.

Your territory is the list of US states where you cover practices. It's a chip input — add or remove states anytime.

How to add or remove states

On the Profile tab of My Account, click + Add state under the Territory section and select from the list. To remove a state, click the × on that state's chip.

Why accuracy matters

Med Sales Hub matches you to practices in your territory. If you list a state you don't actually cover, you'll get invitations to meetings you can't attend — which wastes both your time and the practice's.

State-level matching is broad

State-level matching means you may see practices outside your specific coverage area (e.g., you cover North Texas but the state match includes all of Texas). Use your Network page to remove practices you don't actually call on — this cleans up who can invite you to meetings.
