Med Sales Hub has a block feature to stop message exchanges. Here's exactly what it does.
What blocking does
Both parties stop receiving messages from each other
The existing thread stays visible but is marked "Blocked" and the input is disabled
Blocks are symmetric — you don't need to know if the other person blocked you
You can unblock anytime
What blocking does NOT do
Does not hide the other person from your network
Does not cancel existing or future meetings
Does not hide profiles
Does not affect matching
How to block or unblock
Go to My Account
Click the Account tab
Find Blocked users
Add or remove users from your block list
