Navigating your dashboard

An overview of your Med Sales Hub dashboard, key sections, and the actions you can take from it.

Your dashboard is where you'll spend most of your time on Med Sales Hub. It's designed to give you a snapshot of what's happening, what needs your attention, and how to take action.

For medical practices

Your dashboard is organized into these key sections:

Notification bell (top right) — Shows a red dot when you have new activity: rep responses, new messages, meeting reminders

Recent meetings — Shows upcoming and recently completed meetings with status pills (Confirmed, Needs match, Completed, Cancelled)

Providers — Quick access to your provider roster

Meetings — Full calendar of past and upcoming meetings

Messages — Direct messages from reps in your network

Settings — Practice profile, availability, and account settings

For sales reps

Your dashboard is organized into these key sections:

Statistics — Snapshot of your meeting activity: accepted meetings, pending invitations, practices in your network, and meetings this month

Upcoming meetings and invitations — Your next confirmed meetings and any invitations awaiting your response. Accept or decline invitations directly from this widget

Profile — Quick view of your profile completion status

Calendar — Full view of your meeting schedule

Invitations — All active and past invitations

Messages — Direct messages from practices and other reps

Network — All the practices you've been matched with

Settings — Profile, plan, and account settings

Key actions from your dashboard

Accept or decline an invitation — Click the invitation in your dashboard widget or on the Invitations page

Update your profile — Click Profile in the sidebar or use the quick-edit link on your dashboard

Change your plan — Click Settings, then Plan (reps only)

Notifications

Your notification bell shows a red dot when there's something new. Click the bell to see recent activity. Email notifications are also sent for important events like new invitations, cancellations, and messages.
