In-app notifications
Your notification bell in the top-right of the app shows a red dot when there's new activity. Click the bell to see recent events. Nav badges (like Invitations and Messages) also show counts.
Email notifications
New meeting invitations — When you're matched to a meeting
Invitation reminders — 24 hours before an invitation expires
Final warnings — 6 hours before an invitation expires
Meeting cancellations — When a practice cancels a confirmed meeting
Messages — When someone messages you and you're offline
