How to respond
Click into the invitation from any of the surfaces above
Review the practice, meeting date, time, and location
Click Accept or Decline
What happens if you don't respond
After 48-72 hours (per platform settings), the invitation is treated as a soft decline. The system moves on to the next matched rep. There's no penalty for missing the window occasionally, but repeated non-responses can affect your match priority over time.
Does declining hurt me?
Declining an invitation doesn't hurt your future matches. Decline the ones you can't make. It just lets us move on to another rep faster.
