You'll get notified
When a practice cancels, you receive an email notification and see the meeting change to Canceled status on your calendar.
What to do about food orders
If you had already placed a food order for the meeting — through EZCater or any other service — Med Sales Hub can't cancel it for you. Contact the food vendor directly to cancel or reschedule.
Does this affect me?
No. Cancellations by the practice don't affect your account, your invitation count, or your matching priority for future invitations.
