Free and Lite plans have a cap on how many meeting invitations you can accept per rolling 12 months.
What rolling 12 months means
The cap doesn't reset on January 1. It's calculated as a rolling window — the past 12 months from today. As older accepted meetings age past the 12-month mark, they drop off the count.
An example
If you're on Lite (24 invitations per rolling 12 months) and you've received 5 meetings on January 15, 2026, those 5 meetings will drop off the count on January 15, 2027. So on January 15, 2027, you'd have 5 more "slots" available compared to the day before.
Why we use rolling instead of calendar
A calendar year cap would mean everyone resets on January 1 — which creates awkward year-end rushes. Rolling 12 months is fairer and more predictable. You always have a full 12-month window.
